Who is this enigma known as Howie? Is he man? Myth? Legend? I can tell you…he is the first. Hailing from the cultural epicenter known as Lubbock, Texas, he spends a lot of his free time reading, listening to music, and helping Carson cut his food. He has been seen sporting the colors of the Texas Tech Red Raiders which are not only slimming but pleasing to the eye. He is also married to Meredith Howard who is far too good looking and nice to be with him, but he is grateful anyway.

Ah, how to describe who I am in one short bio…not that I am complex or a great mind or anything…that is Jeff’s job.  Well I was born in the hills of Missouri, grew up on the plains of Kansas, and am now enjoying the mountains of colorful Colorado!  Due to my Kansas upbringing I am an all out Kansas State fan.  Go wildcats!!  So yes I enjoy watching and playing many different sports, but mostly soccer now ah days.  But as a renaissance man my interests don’t end there.  In my spare time I also like eating (a lot), reading, writing, watching movies, and video gaming.  Unknown facts: I did choir & drama in high school, I am a huge fan of ranch dressing, and I love Kansas more than Jeff loves Texas.

I am the one who keeps Howie & Carson in line! Really, though I am from the great Buckeye state. My husband, Andy, and I moved to Colorado several years ago so I could attend Denver Seminary. I graduated with a Master's in Community Counseling. Most recently, I am a mom of a beautiful baby girl named Jane, of whom takes up most of my time these days. My favorite things to do besides be with my husband and daughter is travel, photography, and spending time with good friends. OH, I should say that OHIO is better than Kansas and Texas combined!
